“I opened in 2002 and I was alone, starting to produce typical local pasta. Going around selling, I noticed that there was already a lot of this kind of pasta, but something was missing… a touch of colour. I love colours, so I started making coloured pasta: first one type, then two, then three… up to over 80! We invented new shapes like Multicolour Butterflies, combined different flavours, and faced challenges always with a smile. Today I am no longer alone. Now we are a close group that pays attention and interest to every process from the idea to the production and to the packaging.
We are proud to bring colour and fantasy into tables all over the world.
